Mid-Century Modern Meets Lake Life in Davidson, NC

My clients decided to swap the Chicago hustle and bustle for a fresh start in Davidson, NC. They found this totally special spot: an awesome '70s ranch tucked away in the gorgeous Spinnaker Cove. Coming from a big, traditional home in the Chicago burbs, a lot of their old furniture just wasn't going to fit the modern, waterfront vibe of their new digs. And that's where we came in! Our goal was to give this fantastic ranch a whole new look, bringing in all new furniture, a vibrant color scheme, cool textures, and a completely revamped kitchen that would be the heart of their new home.

This project was a total top-to-bottom makeover, hitting every single corner of the house. We carefully designed and picked out everything for the main living areas, making sure there was a great flow and tons of natural light. The unique, rounded sunroom became a real showstopper, with a custom-built bar that's perfect for entertaining and soaking in those serene lake views. All three bedrooms got a fresh, modern update, turning them into luxurious and comfy retreats. And, of course, the brand-new, remodeled kitchen is a testament to both modern style and super practical design.
